Remembering Ralph

Ralph was declared "presumed dead" December 31, 1953.

His remains have never returned, the family has DNA on file if it should ever be needed.

For reasons unknown Ralph is not memorialized with an appropriate gravestone anywhere. It has become the mission of members of Bayard de Hart American Legion Post #13 in Ralph's hometown of Richland Center to correct this.

We are asking that you help with this much overdue memorialization of a life lost in service to country. Simply click on donation link on next page to make a monetary donation to help in the purchase of a gravestone for Ralph. This gravestone will be placed in the flag park at American Legion Post 13 until Ralph comes home, at which time it will be moved to a cemetery.

This stone will be dedicated July 27th of this year during the 100 th birthday celebration of American Legion Post 13. Please continue on this site for more information to help us celebrate this milestone.
